Dotted Print & Gladiators

Happy Monday! This outfit is from a girl’s night out on Friday. 12 of us ladies went to my favorite Mexican restaurant in Historic Downtown Geneva, called Bien Trucha. It’s a tapas dining style with amazingly yummy tacos and delicious, fresh margaritas. I’ll be honest, I bought these sandals simply for the dress. They’re probably amongst the wildest pairs of shoes I’ve ever owned, and I have found myself loving them! The sandals are definitely the fashion focus of this post…hope you love ’em as much as I do.

  1. Good call making those shoes the focus of this outfit. I have seen people wear sandals like this and they don’t make it the focus and the outfit ends up being way too busy. You look awesome in those shoes. I feel like you have to exude confidence to pull of shoes like this (which you do). Also, this Mexican food you are describing sounds sooooooo good! Now I’m hungry.

    • Oh my gosh, you are so sweet, Sam. Thank you for sharing such uplifting words!!… The Mexican place is outrageously good. If you’re ever out in Illinois, look up Bien Trucha in Geneva. Seriously… a #1 spot for Mexican food in a trendy and intimate atmosphere with savvy service and aaaaamazing drinks & food!… People line up for hours to eat there, even in winter! And Jenny McCarthy now lives in the area, and it’s a hot spot for her too! :)
